This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by LittleArtifex. Please review the shipping policy below and contact us if you have any questions.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within:
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- Selected countries within the EU:
Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg.
If your country is not listed at checkout or if you have questions about shipping availability, please contact us at support@littleartifex.ch.
2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free delivery for orders to:
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein - above CHF 80
- Denmark - above DKK 649
- Germany - above EUR 80
- Other EU-countries - above EUR 89

4. Shipping departure location
Shipments to Switzerland & Liechtenstein will be sent from Switzerland.
Shipments to the EU will be sent from our German warehouse location.
This setup offers faster and more reliable delivery for our customers. Orders to Switzerland & Liechtenstein are thereby ensured quick transit times and no waiting time for customs clearance. Similarly, all orders to EU destinations are ensured efficient distribution across Europe with reduced shipping costs and shorter delivery times.
5. Returns location
Should you later wish to return your purchased product(s) - the items will then have to be shipped to the following location depending on in which country, the order was originally delivered to.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
You can use our "Track your order" service directly on our website to follow your shipments journey.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or

Offer a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable). If shipping costs were paid by LittleArtifex, the shipping costs will be deducted the refunded amount before transferred back to the customer.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
